International Women's Day 2017

Collecting answers from our community we found interesting opinions... “Yes. It reminds us what women achieved so far; it is only 50 years ago that some women in Europe could not vote” whereas other... “No. I am not interested in that. It became more commercial than a real meaning; companies give שsymbolic gift or hold an event, but other than that they are keeping the biased culture”.

Wi celebrated the whole Month by dedicating our time to target contact of influence and to contribute other women or to their ideas..

On March 7

Wi  was honoured to be invited to the international women’s day 2017 at the Bundesministerium für Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend with the Bundesministerin Manuela Schwesig

With her powerful speech she emphasized the urge to lead a change on the topic of equal opportunities and equal pay. Mrs. Schwesig shared the four focus goals and with it promoted a message embracing each of us: wives, mothers, grandmothers and daughters.

“…we need the men on board with us in order to make a change”  More from her words find here: https://youtu.be/z23N2ZisGaU
