Unleashing the Power of Female Leadership was the opening event of Women's Influencer hosted by the Soho House Berlin brining almost 100 professional and influential women from different sectors in Germany who made the Wi's evening a great success!

With great resonance Wi achieved their first milestone announcing the establishment of Influencer's Platform including a strong women network aiming to create opportunities for personal & professional growth and to foster a meaningful impact promoting diversity and authentic leadership.

OVER THE TOP was a packed room at the Soho House. "We think global and we would like to drive the change from Berlin", which is also the city of the two founders Danit Gal and Mali Baum. Their experience working in New York, China, Tel Aviv and now in Berlin and the international network led to their vision to join forces and connect brilliant minds in order to drive a change by offering services for organizations, coaching & mentoring, talent sources and to intertwine all in a 'tech tool'.

"We are recognizing the timing of digital transformation which changes the work culture and create new opportunities also for women” said Baum in her speech. We feel that Germany has the potential infrastructure necessary to influence; we see the ongoing debate on gender and diversity as an opportunity, but also a critical moment for women to make things happen”  said Gal.
